Booking & cancellation conditions

• Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival and no-shows will be charged at 80% of the booked room rate.
• One-time rebooking free of charge (e.g. change of travel period, room category or number of persons) is possible up to 7 days before arrival. (e.g. change of travel period, room category or number of persons) possible up to 7 days before arrival.
  • Note: After the rebooking, a free cancellation is excluded.

• Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days before arrival or if booked services are not used will be charged at 80% of the booked room price.
• A one-time free rebooking is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
  • Note: After the rebooking, the possibility of a free cancellation does not apply.

For bookings in connection with events and conferences, the cancellation conditions of the general terms and conditions of the Berghotel Jägerhof apply. Depending on the period up to the event, higher cancellation costs may be incurred:

• Up to 5 months before the event: Cancellation possible free of charge.
• From 5 months before the event: 50% of the expected turnover (at least €1,800 for Stadl, €990 for restaurants, €1,500 for conferences/seminars).
• From 3 months before the event: 80% of the expected turnover (at least €3,000).
• From 1 month before the event: 100% of the expected turnover (at least €5,500).
