Included are room hire, conference equipment, coffee breaks, a two-course lunch and, on request, a four-course evening meal. Transparent, fair and with no hidden extras.

As a conference guest at the Berghotel Jägerhof, you’ll benefit from a particularly straightforward and transparent room rate structure: A flat rate applies to your entire event block—regardless of which room category is used within the agreed-upon block. Your participants will stay in comfortable rooms and enjoy the high standard of comfort they’ve come to expect from the Berghotel Jägerhof. For your event, we provide single rooms as well as double rooms for single occupancy. This allows you to benefit from simple planning, clear cost calculations, and a fair, uniform price for all guests.

The conference rooms at the Berghotel Jägerhof can accommodate everything from small meetings to events for up to 200 people. There are several venues of various sizes to choose from: the Stadl (with the Moorhütte, accommodating up to 200 people), the Pavillon, Altmann & Säntis, as well as smaller rooms such as Iberg, Isny-Stube, and Jägerzimmer.

What conference equipment is available at the hotel?

Standard equipment includes a projector, screen, flip chart, bulletin board, and presentation kit. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Additional flip charts or bulletin boards can be reserved for an extra charge of €12.00 per day per item.

Are there conference packages, and what do they include?

Yes, the hotel offers both a full-day package and a half-day package. Both include a two-course lunch; the full-day package also includes dinner. Coffee breaks can be booked separately in three different options. The basic package includes specialty coffees and a regional organic beverage (Seezüngle).
