General information and instructions for bookings

  • All prices include a lavish breakfast as well as a dinner with an exquisite 4-course menu.
  • The local visitor's tax costs €0.90 per adult and night in addition to the room rate. Children from 16 to 18 years pay €0.45 tourist tax.
  • The room will be ready for check-in by 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please notify us if you are planning to arrive after 6:00 p.m.
  • On the day of departure the room will be available to you until 11:00 am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
  • We accept the following payment options on site: cash payment, Girocard, Visa card, MasterCard, AmericanExpress.
  • Please book any massage or cosmetic treatments well in advance of your arrival to ensure a relaxed stay.
  • Cancellations for booked rooms are free so long as we are notified up to 14 days in advance of arrival (on public holidays up to 30 days before arrival).
  • A one-time free rebooking (change of travel period, room category or number of people) is possible up to 14 days before your arrival. Please note that free cancellation after a one-time rebooking is only possible to a limited extent.
